Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We handle and pack your pieces with love and care, to make sure your order arrives safely. All orders are packed and sent from Queensland, Australia via Australia Post. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days, however this can extend in peak sale times. 

Shipping Within Australia

Shipment usually arrives within 5-7 business days from when it leaves the studio. It can be tracked via the Australia Post tracking link you receive when your order is sent out for delivery. 

Shipping is free for all orders over $250, Australia wide. 

Studio pick-up is available from Buderim and Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast. Please contact us via our webform or DM us on instagram before ordering to arrange a date and time. 

International Shipping 

Please note that you may receive local import duties and customs charges upon your order arriving in your country (eg. some European countries).

 

Custom Order Shipping

As every custom order is made from scratch, the creation process can take around 3-6 weeks. If you place an order for a piece that is in stock along with a custom order, all pieces will be shipped out when your custom order is ready. If you prefer to receive your items in two shipments, please contact us via our webform or DM us on Instagram and we can arrange this for you.
